 Micro-controlled motors

Micro-controlled motor is a small power rotary motor with specific functions.


Control motor in the control system as an executive element, detection element and computing element. From the working principle, micro-controlled motors and ordinary motors are not fundamentally different, but in the use of different functions. Ordinary motor power, focusing on the motor's starting, running and braking performance indicators, while the control motor output power is smaller, focusing on the motor's control accuracy, response speed and operational reliability. At present, there are more types of micro-controlled motors produced at home and abroad.


The following is an introduction to the basic working principle of several commonly used micro-controlled motors and their use characteristics.


Single-phase asynchronous motor (single-phase asynchronous motor) is a type of motor powered by 220V single-phase AC power, it is suitable for small industrial equipment and household appliances with only single-phase power (single-phase power).


Tacho generator is a kind of miniature generator to measure the speed, it transforms the input mechanical speed into voltage signal output, and requires the output voltage signal to be proportional to the speed. There are two types of speed measuring generators: DC speed measuring generators and AC speed measuring generators.


The function of servo motor is to convert the input voltage signal into the angular displacement or angular velocity output on the shaft, and its speed and steering change with the size and direction of the input voltage signal. Servo motor can carry a certain load and act as an executive element in the automatic control system, so it is also called executive motor. For example, in CNC lathe, the tool is dragged by the servo motor, he will drag the tool to cut the device according to the shape of the given target. Early servo motor output power is small, the power range is generally 0.1 to 100 watts, while the current servo technology is developing rapidly, several kilowatts of high-power servo motor appeared one after another.


The stepper converts the pulse signal into angular or linear displacement. The main requirements: sensitive and accurate movement, light weight, small size, reliable operation, low power consumption, etc.


Self-adjusting angle machine is used for angle transmission, indication or transformation in automatic control system, usually two or more identical self-adjusting angle machines are used in combination. There are two types of self-aligning angle machines, control type and torque type, which are used for different purposes. The torque type self-aligning machine is used for long-distance angle indication, and the control type self-aligning machine can convert the angle into electric signal.


The structure of self-aligning angle machine is divided into two major parts: stator and rotor, and the structure of contact self-aligning angle machine is shown in the figure below.

In order to remove the brushes, the brushless DC motor puts the armature on the stator and the rotor is made into a permanent magnet, so the structure is exactly the opposite of the ordinary DC motor; however, even this change is not enough, because the armature on the stator can only produce a constant magnetic field after passing the DC current, and the motor still cannot turn. In order to make the motor rotate, the stator armature must be continuously energized with each phase winding, so as to make the stator magnetic field change continuously with the rotor position, so that the stator magnetic field and the rotor permanent magnetic field always keep the space angle of left and right, and generate torque to push the rotor to rotate.


Second, full disk motor


Full disk motor refers to a long life, high torque motor, can meet any complex road conditions, the motor will drive wheel and motor into a whole, not only beautiful and generous appearance, and its torque is more than three times than ordinary brushless motor, the service life is more than two times than ordinary brushless motor, is the pursuit of fashion and power of the best choice for consumers.
